Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments has been the disappearance of the former Avenue Electric Theatre on Camp Road and which had a grand art deco facade. Today, this building has been redeveloped and house the Fizzy Kids play centre.
Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of the Avenue Electric Theatre to feature here.
