Virtual Tour - Castleden Hall

You've made it to the former site of the grand Castleden Hall, built by Victorian developer William Knell, and which once stood on the site of the Technical College.

Where to now? Opposite and across the Farnborough Road is the former site of the RAE through the north gate entrance, the old RAE South Gate, and Farnborough Common with the Swan Inn and Trenchard House running closeby to the South. To the East is Alexandra Road, the Farnborough and Cove War Memorial Hospital, the Knellwood estate and the former sites of The Sycamores, Ardwyck House, Belgrave House School and the Sycamores Lodge. To the North is Oak Road, Pinehurst Corner and Pinehurst Barracks with Queensmead a little further on.
