Gone but not forgotten - Cooks Grocery store

Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process. One of these redevelopments saw the demise of Cooks Grocery store on the Cove Road near to the former site of the Alma Inn. Today it is the site of the Tower Hill garage. Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of the Cooks Grocery store to feature here.
