Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments saw the demise of Doglets, one of the many farms that used to exist in Cove. Doglets was situated adjacent to Southwood Road as you approach Ively Road in the area now occupied by roads such as Derwent Close and Ambleside Close.
Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of Doglets to feature here. If you have a photo of this location that you'd like to share with Historic Farnborough please either use our submission facility or contact us. Once we have a historic photo to share this location will be added to the virtual tour of historic Farnborough.
