Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments has seen the former site of the Empire Electric Theatre on Lynchford Road disappear. Today the site houses a large motorbike showroom, bearing little resemblance to its former heritage.
Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of the Empire Electric Theatre to feature here.
