Gone but not forgotten - Farnborough Dairies cottage

Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.

One of these redevelopments was the demolition of Farnborough Dairies cottage at the Western end of Farnborough Street opposite Highgate Lane. The cottage was originally one of four, although the other three still remain today.

Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of Farnborough Dairies cottage to feature here. If you have a photo of this location that you'd like to share with Historic Farnborough please either use our submission facility or contact us. Once we have a historic photo to share this location will be added to the virtual tour of historic Farnborough.
