Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments was the reduction in size of the out-buildings behind Farnborough North railway station. Today, this site houses a builders yard, which also occupies the site of some of the former out-buildings of Homestead Farm.
Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of Farnborough North station's out-buildings to feature here. If you have a photo of this location that you'd like to share with Historic Farnborough please either use our submission facility or contact us. Once we have a historic photo to share this location will be added to the virtual tour of historic Farnborough.
