Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments saw the removal of Hedges Greengrocers on the Eastern end of Victoria Road approaching Farnborough Road. This shop is one of many similiar establishments that have vanished over the years as new office blocks and shops have replaced them on this busy stretch of road.
