Over the years more than 100 different locations in Farnborough have either been demolished or redeveloped for various reasons, taking away a little part of the town's history in the process.
One of these redevelopments saw the old Police Station on Lynchford Road, near to the junction with Alexandra Road and adjacent to the Natwest Bank, knocked down when the constabulary relocated.
Currently we are trying to source an old photograph of the former Police Station to feature here. If you have a photo of this location that you'd like to share with Historic Farnborough please either use our submission facility or contact us. Once we have a historic photo to share this location will be added to the virtual tour of historic Farnborough.
